Entrepreneurial opportunity is wide open as long as businesses look at opportunities jelly. It’s just a beginner businessmen often tempted by the existing business, popular and seen by many people is more profitable. Academics founder of the School for Entrepreneurs, Prof. PhD Rhenald Kasali asserted as a follower mindset must be changed. Businessman, he said, needs to have the mindset to create a future market.

If everyone saw the same opportunity, then decided to run the same business it will happen over supply, said Rhenald.
“If there is over supply, businesses will play the price and consequently the price falls,” explained Rhenald.
According Rhenald, businesses need to look for differentiation to capture a good business opportunity. How, businesspeople need to observant look at the issue.
“Businesspeople need to have multiple perspectives. Convinced that where there is a problem there must be a solution,” said Rhenald, asserted, a problem could give birth to the idea of business opportunities. That means a business that managed to be the solution of the problem.
In this way, businessmen no longer be a follower. Businessmen need to explore the problem, create new business trensetter, as the solution of the problem.
